Summer so far...
THIS is summer? So far, it seems like its rained at least half the time. And now, I'm wearing jeans and a sweater. And to top it all off, I seem to bring rain with me wherever I go.
I recently came back from a short vacation in Austin. Unfortunately, it rained while I was there. Nevertheless, me and my brother (who flew in after a month-long stay in Seattle and a quick trip to LA) tried to make the most of it. And who needs good weather when you have good friends to keep you company?

There are so much more pictures (much, much more) but I don't feel like putting anymore up. Anywho, it was fun. We went out, slept, watched movies at their houes, ate in different restaurants, went to San Antonio, slept, watched movies at their house, had a party etc. Yeah, we did a lot of sleeping and staying home watching movies. Who wants to be super tired on their vacation from waking up early and going to every single touristy place? Obviously not me and Rich!
I was only away for 5 days, but it did feel good to back home in good ole NYC. Unfortunately, I came back to...MORE rain. Ugh. However, that was offset by seeing hun! It kind of felt weird to be away when we see each other almost everyday. So it was a great relief to be back together again. Another thing I really missed was my damn laptop! Who knew I'd get so attached? So now I know the two that I can never to leave behind again!
I'm hoping that the rest of the summer vacation will get a little warmer and sunnier. Because before I know it, school will start, leaves will fall and it'll be time to bring out the coats and boots. And scrubs.
