Sleepless in Seattle...
...for Rich, Angel and Janet. My brother left me a voicemail at 5am this morning. Apparently, they were all drunk, trying to figure out how to get home, and having a blast. I could hear hysterical laughter in the background as my brother pleads for me to come over even for just one day. Damn. Stupid snowstorm. Stupid school projects.
My flight to Seattle was canceled last night due to the weather. Thursday night, the three of them were in Janet's apartment excited for me to arrive the next day as well. Sorry to disappoint, guys. Rich says he's definitely going back in the summer. I'm torn between feeling envious because I wanted to have fun too and feeling a little relieved that I have more time to finish my papers. Ugh.
As of now, writing this one paper is REALLY slow going. I do one paragraph an hour it seems.
I'm wondering what to do today aside from the paper. The roads seem a little better. Maybe I'll go buy some much needed clothes. Or maybe I should finish this damn paper.
